me again

Dude, I'm even voting tomorrow! It's my first Georgia election and my first midterm election, and to be totally honest I haven't always even hit the presidential ones when I could've, so this is big for me.
hee yay i feel more comfortable knowing you've got georgia covered ;)
I never thought my voice counted, to be honest, when it was so similar to what everyone else around me was doing in SF. It seemed safe to sit back and let the like-minded majority speak for me. Moving to GA has changed the situation drastically, as I'm pretty much in the minority on everything here. Voting has taken on more urgency, somehow, now that mine is the smaller voice. Given GA has the 44th worst voter turn out in the nation, my voice actually will be bigger at the polls, just by showing up!

Also, it's up to Tad and me to cancel out my parent's votes. Even if we're not voting on anything they can vote on too in a mid-term election, the principle still holds!
the power of cancellation! i love it. you go, guys!
